I totally agree with your assessment of her wardrobe. I can only hazard a guess that she believes higher rank can be achieved through adding more layers of clothing . . . or something . . .

Hehe, this looks familiar. For comparison: I love the colour of the jedi sage starter robe and have still kept it for cosmetic use, but their asses just look huge in it. And those spiked shoes are simply hilarious.
