Once Again, Customer Service Fail
As you might recall, I got no credit for finishing Chapter 1 of KOTET and put in a CSR ticket. Well this was the response I got:

I am sorry to hear about your issues with your recent chapter returning to the start of chapter 1 despite already completing it.
Unfortunately at the time that you mentioned this issue, you may be aware that we experienced server issues and as a result of this there were rollbacks as you can reead up on here – http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?p=9318975#edit9318975
Unfortunately due to this you will need to run Chapter I of the Wrath and Ruin again to get past it, as unfortunately this is not a quest we are able to progress.

No! That’s a bad bioware! Copious use of “unfortunately” does not compensate for failure to fix my issue!
It also drives me nuts when they say they’re “unable” to fix the issue. No, someone over there is able to fix the issue. They just don’t choose to allow the CSR personnel to do that and it isn’t worth the time to find the person who has the power to press the “skip to chapter 2” button.
As my toon is now level 70, I’m just going to start KOTET on another that actually needs to hit 70. If I’m going to redo the chapter, might as well be for a purpose.
