Well, that really does suck for you, but I actually don’t have a hard time believing that they really can’t “skip to chapter 2” because that would require some sort of option to fill in all the decisions you made in chapter 1 without actually playing the chapter, and they probably haven’t set up a tool to easily do that.

    Also, I totally sympathise with that CSR guy because I work in customer service myself and frequently put too many “unfortunatelys” in my e-mails, just to have to go back and edit some of them out before hitting send.

    • Since my ticket, I took another toon through that chapter and, wow yeah, the choice did matter (shock of shocks). OK, I guess customer service was right.
